Belvedere Trading Includes Build-A-Bike Event in Corporate Meetings In Ft Lauderdale, Florida

Belvedere Trading Bike Team Event Miami Florida Belvedere Trading put a Build-A-Bike ® team building event at the center of corporate meetings in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Belvedere recognizes that team building is critical to the future of their ever-expanding company. Their core values are clear – the way forward is through synergy, collaboration, growing the company while keeping a small company feel, being innovative, pushing to think outside the box, and give to charity.

Stock traders are by nature, just a wee bit competitive, and team-building is no exception.  No matter what team they were on, they came together quickly, solved problems, and built bikes in record time.   In minutes it became a “team mentality.”

The Payoff for Working as a Team!

The payoff for their competition and working together – was watching twenty Ft. Lauderdale children walk into the ballroom and touched the first bike they have ever owned.  Even the tough-guy traders were reduced to soft-touch guys, who gave bike lessons and shared their lives with the kids.

Tim Albury, of the Fort Lauderdale, Police Athletic League, told the group that the target of his organization, PAL, is the same target area where there were drug arrests and danger for years.  Now there is help with homework, encouragement, and fitness.  The message – every child can do well in life if they just get a little help.  Belvedere Trading stepped up and hopefully inspired these kids to believe that with hard work – anything is possible.

A simple bike can be a gift of empowerment for a child.  It gives them control over one thing in their life, in a world where they have little control over anything.

If you want to jazz up either an in-person meeting or virtual meeting, add a charity bicycle building event for your group. For details about all of the team building events in Miami or Ft Lauderdale, click here.

The folks of Belvedere Trading went away feeling fortunate and richer that they had given back to kids who really needed a lift, encouraging words, and an example to follow. By Connie Timpson/Sr. Instructor/Performance Coach/The Leaders Institute
