MSCI Bike Team Building Competition in New York, NY

MSCI is a leading provider of investment decision support tools worldwide. So when a small hardworking group from HR and financial sectors met, it was with a spectacular view of Manhattan from the World Trade Center. They were a smart group. They knew it. But would they be resilient enough for the curves thrown by the judges?

Each team worked through the math puzzles quickly but some were surprised when their answers were denied. Even the judges felt sorry for them. In the end each group discovered the secret the judges held. Did some of the groups even help each other? The bike team building competition had been fierce but now the trading for bike parts was generous and warm. One team member even visited each group to fill up the bike tires.

And then the children arrived, ecstatic at the sight of their prize.
